Biography
Dr. Emkin is a Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia He received the B.S.C.E. degree in 1965, and the M.S.C.E. degree in 1966, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and the Ph.D. degree in 1970 from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
