Biography

Dr. Kenneth Will is an Associate Professor in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Will earned his BSCE from the University of Arkansas in 1969 and his MSCE and PhD degrees from the University of Texas at Austin in 1971 and 1975, respectively.
