Biography
Joseph Hughes received his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees from the University of Iowa in Environmental Engineering and a B.A. from Cornell College in Chemistry. He is an Adjunct Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Adjunct Professor of Material Science and Engineering, and Dean of the College of Engineering at Drexel University in Philadelphia.
