Biography
Dr. Rosenstein has been the Communications Specialist for the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering and the School Materials Science and Engineering since 1998. Under the direction of Dr. Rosenstein, the CEE/MSE communications program implements a new model of engineering education, one that directly links communication skills with course content.
