What is the Security of Information and Computing Infrastructure for CEE?
ISG only allows secure connections to CEE servers to help prevent attacks and malicious use.
SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) allows users to connect securely to CEE servers to transfer files - it works similarly to regular FTP.
SSH (Secure Shell) allows users to connect securely to CEE servers with an interactive shell interface - it works similarly to telnet.
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is used on all secure web interactions with CEE servers - it works transparently to the user.
