Job Description:

Plant Manager $50M Component Manufacturer in Southern California Specific Responsibilities: • Provide leadership, strategic direction and coordination of all operations within company policies and procedures. • Implement plans that result in a continuous improvement culture. • Manage department heads to ensure efficient and cost effective coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping. • Responsible for the product quality control for the plant. • Hire top level talent and cultivate a well-trained and motivated staff. • Budget construction and management. • Responsible for achieving on time delivery to all customers. • Maintain a clean and safe plant environment.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: • Proven user of Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies. • 15 years experience in supervising manufacturing operations with at least 5 years at the department head level. Prior Plant Manager experience preferred. • Bachelor degree required.
