Job Description:
This position is the first point of contact for the chair's office in the school and provides a broad and variable range of administrative support. Greet and direct visitors; answer and direct phone calls; prepare travel and related expense statements for front office administrative personnel; route mail/faxes; provide copying; maintain key coordination; update faculty and CV database. Coordinate office supply ordering and inventory; act as the telecommunications support and liaison coordinate room reservation system; coordinate CEE vehicle reservations; supervise student assistants. Assist Structures faculty with special projects/events and day to day operations. Provide backup support to CEE research administration.
